Since you are looking for a cheap combo, would you take a AM3 combo and cash for your CPU/Board/ram?

I have a AM3 GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard, X3 720BE CPU, and 2 x 4GB stick of SuperTalent 1066.

The board still goes for $100 at Newegg. I could add $100 cash and my combo for your combo.
