What I have:

A Sapphire Theatric 550Pro TV Tuner card, comes with remote control, card, software and original box. Great quality, better than Hauppage MCE250. I need a new AMD CPU, anyone interested?
 
Just for clarification, what kind of cpu are you after? I realize you said AMD, but they make a few variations, lol. PM me please, thanks.
