GeForce 9800GX2 3DMark06 score revealed...

Well.. hey it's almost as powerful as 8800 ultra..almost :rolleyes:
And GF 9800 GTX and GT will go below this card..
 
This just in, I know some guy in China who got an early engineering sample of the Geforce 10870 GX3 Lawlphork Edition. He sez it scores 13066 in 3dMark06 which is almost enough to beat an overclocked 8800 GTX! WOW.

The Chinese government shut down a bunch of porn sites... apparently all they have left is to post benchmark 'results'. :p
 
One weird thing about this result:
Geforce 8800 GTS 512MB (core at: 678MHz) + Core 2 Q6600@3GHz scores 14600 points
Geforce 9800 GX2 1024MB + Core2 Q9550 (2.83GHz) scores 14200 points.

which is why this is obviously total bullshit.
 
If it's not fake it could be that only one GPU is working now that they use drivers that doesn't have support for GF 9800 GX2
