I'm looking to pair one of these motherboards with a 5000+ Black Edition, 2GB of ram and two 3870's. Which of these motherboards should I go with?
 
Well, I have the Gigabyte and it is a first-class board, with quality that is top-notch (which is unusual for an AMD-supporting board!). The new F3 BIOS seems to be pretty mature and is thus far very stable. I can't say much about the MSI first hand as I haven't used it, but I can give a resounding vote of approval for the Gigabyte. :)
