Good idea for cooling the cpu/mobo?

Ok so heres a crappy picture of what im gonna try to do, just wanna see if anyone thinks its a good idea or not.

Basically the red line is a piece of plastic/acrylic blocking/seperating the cpu area and the bottom of the mobo. Above the cpu is the psu and below is the video card, so basically the whole cpu area is blocked off(sure there are some small cracks but you get the idea).
So now with the whole area blocked off we slap a huge 120mm fan on the side of the case, my psu has 2 exhaust fans and ill add an 80mm fan on the back of the case pulling air out.
Now for the bottom of the case, ill have a 120mm fan at the front blowing air across the bottom of the mobo and exiting thru those pci plates that ill remove.

I think its a pretty good idea, but im open to criticism :)
 
Go for it. Don't expect to see anything dramatic. Aircooling to ambient quickly returns diminishing results with increased amounts of airflow.
