I know it says that it is the asian version, but:

because, you know, the ONLY people that mod Xboxs are those that pirate games as well

Problem would be that to play this with an american x-box you would need a mod chip...in which case then you couldn't play this live. If you have a japenese x-box this is a tight deal though.
