HD 3400 Series is coming to fill-out the low-end ....

I built our HTPC using a 2400 Pro. It does everything it needs to do and all with just a heat sink (no fan). I'm interested to see what additional benefits the 3450 brings to the table. Lower power draw, improved HD signal processing? Doesn't seem like an essential upgrade, but I'd probably go with one if I were building the same system today.
 
I hope it will preform well for the cost
