How many (legit) PC games do you own?

Curious to see how many legitmately bought games people here own.

Myself, it's more than 100 Of course, this is over a span of 10 years, going as far back as Worms and Fallout, as recent as Universe at War.

The other problem is that it's REALLY hard for me to pass up a deal on any sort of halfway decent PC game, so I've got things like Prey I've got for $4, Call of Juarez I got for $3 (might as well give it a shot), and a ton of clearanced Target PC games over the last couple of years, mixed in with the big names.

I tried to pare down the collection and throw some on Ebay, but all I ended up taking out was Medal of Honor Airborne and Gears of War, because one is not worth my time at all, and the other well, there is just more of an online community on the 360 (which is sad, thinking of what GoW should have been.. different thread though).

So what about you? Have a big collection and are proud of it, or a tiny collection that is just as good? On the consoles, I only have maybe 6 games per console, it's just harder to find a deal there then on the PC

Funny seeing the 360 kids hyping up Universe at War, when I just got it for $12 on PC!

Installed I have 38 but I own at least 75 but that's over a 8 year span.
I buy all of my own games and I think your an idiot if you pirate the games that Valve, EA, Crytek, Iron Lore, THQ, Bethesda, Epic, etc make. They work many hours and spend millions to make a game that may or may not fail and I am happy to support them..

Yea, I don't want it to turn into piracy, I basacially wanted a "how big is your PC collection" type of thread.

I just added the little disclaimer before someone says something like "I own 100 PC games, but only bought 5! ha!".

I just wanted to see if people on [H] tend to buy a ton of games just because well, most of them are dirt cheap, or if they are more selective about what they play.

I probably have owned 200+ since I got my C64 back in the day. Including expansions, bundled games with hardware etc. I generally don't have any problems spending the money for games. I'm even ok with spending full price for a game that should be just considered an expansion pack *cough*EASPORTS*cough*. What I do have a problem with though is not being able to sell/transfer a boxed retail game I bought to someone else (The biggest offenders being Valve with Steam.)

Hard to keep track because of all the spring cleanings i've done in my three decades. Currently, I have probably 20 games with their boxes. If I count all the games back to those huge boxed DOS adventure games like Kings Quest and Leisure Suit Larry, I'm sure the number is more like 50.

Half Life 2: Episode 1 - Extremely short for the price (I payed 19 euros for a 3-4 hour expansion...) and did absolutely nothing for the story and we had to wait over a year to get this "episode" in Valve's retarded definition...

Rainbow Six Vegas - Crappy console port and there's not much more to say.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - The most horrible and buggy game I have ever played. I never finished it because I was not able to. Only with the second patch, it didn't crash so often. 40 euros to the trash...

Dan_D recommended it and I loved it. I would've gladly payed 30-40 euros for it, since it was extremely fun to play and completely worth it, but at the time I bought it, it was already very cheap. IIRC, I payed 8-9 euros for it.

As far as PC games go, all my multiplayer games have always been original. As far as non multiplayer games, i do buy a lot of those games out of the $10-$20 bin, older games that i may have at one time had a fake copy, that i buy to replay.

Then again these days i don't really play too much on the PC, more on the 360 and PS3 and those games are all real and all the games i have ever owned for my PS2 (which are quite a few) are all real, but then again, back in the day, my massive collection of PS1 games were all

Around 2 years ago I resorted to giving my buddy my CDs/DVDs of the game after installing them and writing down the necessary keys and crap. Works out much better. He has around 12 of my games the rest of them were destroyed/lost by me <_<.

Seriously I bought the Baldurs Gate 2 battle chest like 5 freaking times! WHY DO I DESTROY THE GAMES I ENJOY!?
