How to change iTunes Email address on PC

How can you change your iTunes Email Address on a PC?
My mobile me account is expiring and I'm not going to renew it, so I want to change my iTunes account from my mobile email address to another.

I have iTunes on my PC and it is authorized, but under account Settings I am unable to change the email address.

Not sure why I couldn't change my email in iTunes and others can even on my machine, but you can do it online at https://myinfo.apple.com/

After doing that, I can change my email in iTunes now.
