How to make [H] show as non mobile?

I have an Acer A500 android tablet, conecting through wi-fi. I set the browser to do desktop display, every site so far except [H] shows as a full version site. What gies? Am I missing something? Since I am coming through wifi from my normal home internet connection, why is only this site picking it as mobile?

I'd like the same information for my iPad. I can't seem to get it to access the regular website even when I enter the URL directly. It used to work without the mobile version.

I know on my phone if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the mobile screen there is a button to view full site.
