HP 2310m or Acer G245Hbmid (the new G245HBbd the same?)

Downgrading from a ZR24 most likely, more monitor than I need, plus I like the glossy for the room I'm using it in.

Kind of a toss up between these 2 (has to have VESA mounting so eliminates a lot of monitors)

HP 2310m

Any preference/pointers either way? The HP should run about $170 vs. just over $200 for the Acer.

Not sure if it's glossy though or a replacement for the G245Hbmid??

Not going to spring for a 24" Apple or 27" right now. The Asus 3d monitor is too much $$$. Don't know of any other 23-24" glossy monitors that are VESA compatible.

Thoughts?

The Bbd version is matte.

PRAD.de has a review of the HP, the Acer has a better response time and better color presets.
