I want to use these Opty dual cores as a quad core as cheaply as possible

Hi all! So here is what I have:

An IBM intellistation A-pro 6224 with 2GB ram, 2x Opty 246's and 2x 250GB SATA drives.

A pair of opteron 875's (of course, should work fine in any 2xx system)

Another 2GB ECC DDR400 reg ram

some money, but certainly not a lot.

My dilemma:
My A-pro won't post with the 875's. A BIOS update did not change anything. These procs are just sitting here, I want to use them! I may sell my intellistation to get something better. Anyways, I read about people who bought a dual core motherboard and hacked the BIOS to overclock their processors! I think this is an awesome idea since my Opty 275's are 1.35v 95W models.

So, what is the cheapest way I can go about this? I don't want to deal with extended ATX and if I can fit it inside my A-pro case that would be even better, although this case is nice and small. I have an Antec P180 to use if I have to.
