Im stuck between 2 cards....

Palit NE5S450SF1101 GeForce GTS 450

and

MSI N450GTS-M2D1GD5/OC GeForce GTS 450

id feel safer going with MSI, just because im more familiar with them, but the Palit looks better specs wise.

My max is 130 bucks, playing on a 17inch lcd monitor, specs in sig and im looking to play Black Ops.

go with the msi and just overclock it to the palit specs. both are good companies, palit is more known in europe then the US but they have been making a push to the US market for the past 2-3 years.

power wise the gts 450 is a decent choice but if you dont care about power usage i would just snag a second hand GTX 260 216 core for under 100 dollars. it will use more power, doesnt have dx11 support(not that it matters since the gts 450 doesnt have enough performance to use dx11 in most games). but you will get double the frame rates and be able to run higher settings.
