Info on case material needed

Silver case:

Chassis: 1.0 mm Aluminum
Front bezel : Aluminum

Net Weight :10.1 Kg

Black case:

Front bezel : Aluminum
Chassis: 1.0 mm SECC

Net Weight: 18.1Kg

I would like to know if the Aluminium material vs. the SECC material makes a difference on cooling or is it just the weight?

Any difference would be negligible.

SECC is steel I believe, heavier and lesser cooling properties over all, but will hold an average temp easier than aluminium would.

Yes ... SECC = Steel, Electrogalvanized, ColdRolled, Coil

Should make no difference in cooling unless your heat sources have DIRECT contact with the case pieces. Even then the thickness of the panels is insufficient to transfer the heat across a wide area. No ... the only real advantage to the aluminum in this instance is weight.
