Inspiron 1200 or Satellite S119?

Well, its my sister's bday soon and I wanted to get her a laptop. All she is going to be doing is homework, surfing the web, and maybe play roller coaster tycoon. I have narrowed it down to these two laptops and wanted your guys' opinions on which I should purchase. Btw, the Inspiron is 490$ after tax and rebates, and the Satellite is 616$ after tax and rebates.

The specs for the Inspiron are...

1.4 Celeron M
40 Gig HD
256 Ram
14.1" LCD
CDRW/DVD

The specs for the Toshiba are..

1.5 Celeron M
60 Gig 5400 RPM HD
256 Ram
15" LCD
CDRW/DVD

Which one would you guys get and also, would the savings or loss of 126$ justify the performance lossed/gained?
 
Either should be fine but I would recomend you buy ram for either config(not with the machine but seperate to save some cash).
