iPad: Videos do not show thumbnail or file name

When I create a video from a DVD using either nightly build Handbrake or Clone DVD mobile, the videos do not show a thumbnail or the file name in the native Video's app. Because of this I do not know what video I am selecting to view. Any way to create the movie file so that a thumbnail image and the file name show up in the video selection list in the Video's app? I am open to purchasing a different video viewer if that would help.
