Is my PSU not enough for system's power requirements?

Trying to determine if my system is being underpowered by my PSU. Config below:

MSI K8N Neo4 Plat. SLI
AMD Athlon64 4800+X2
Zalman 9700
2x 1 Gig DDR Corsair TwinX1024-3200C2Pro
2x SLI 7900 GT KO eVGA
2x Seagate 200Gig (SATA's)
Samsung SH-S183L DVD
SB X-Fi Fatality Edition
Antec Nine Hundred case
Antec 550w NeoHE

Person on the eVGA forums said my video problems (tearing mostly, and just noticed some text in my BIOS Post are in color) could be due to my PSU not being able to handle load. Also my 7900's are powered separately per Antec's instructions (modular PSU).

Figured you all would be a better judge if my system isn't being served properly by my 550.

Thanks,

AARGH!

Should be plenty'o'power. You can tell right away that's most likely not the issue If it's happening in bios - the video cards as well as the cpu wouldn't be under high power draw here. If your system were "underpowered" and showing signs of it here, there's no way it would even run in a game.
