The second version also lacks the volume wheel which is the most useful damn feature on the keyboard.

Still pricey for an old model keyboard though.
 
I was going to wait for live.com cash back but its hard to find this revision 1 on ebay.

... I'd say the main difference is the new one has a shitty LCD and volume wheel but thats just me...

I spilled a bottle of water on my 'Rev 1' G15 a month ago... Not even that much I thought it would be fine but it wouldn't type and just cycled through the light brightness settings when plugged in so I got one on Craigslist for $45. But these are hard to find and probably would have got it here if it had been an option for the warranty.
