Loss of FPS in CS: S

Anyone else start experienceing this. I played CS:S about 2 - 3 weeks ago and was getting around 140 FPS on average, now I'm getting 119. Anyone else get a drop?
 
I got it a while ago, I swear I was running constantly above 70, but now my lowest fps is around 30 which ruins smoothness during gameplay.
 
That's kind of what I figured, I just wanted to see if I was not the only one though. What did they do that made it go poop this time around?
 
yeah i *think* its fixed, but for a few days it was massive lag and monster fps drops. GG GABE
