Make a FM2+ platform low power?

So my FM2+ setup with a AMD A6-6400K Richland. Unfortunatly its for a low power server, and the server went from idling 50 watts with a gen1 i3, to 70 watts with the A6. Is there a way to tune the A6 down or something so im not losing 30 bucks a year in idle power? Id even be up to replacing the cpu, but im not sure a 7400k is much better at idle. Id switch to a J1900 low power setup, but i need at least 7 sata slots.
 
20W seems very high (like the processor is not idling at all or no power management is enabled).
 
Turns out this one supports 45 watt mode, and i turned down the gpu to 300hz (vs 800) since its headless.
