Mobo Beeping and Leds flashing

One of my friends gave me a case with a Gigabyte Ga-6wmmc7 mobo in it, when i go and boot it up, there is a constant beeping and LED flash, i let it sit for a while at counted the beeps, but after some time i just decided to shut it down, i tried doing some research, but couldnt find anything that helpful.

When i do this i dont have anything in it but the CPU and HSF.

Its not the biggest deal in the world if it dosent get fixed, but it would be nice.
 
the mobo only has pci slots and has an onboard video, but ill pick up some ram sometime and see if that solves the problem.
