Mobo/Vid Card issue

Well this weekend my computer rebooted and gave me a video error. So I opened my case and my pci-e vid card was loose. Reseated and restarted, same code. Took out the vid card used some air on the slot and some alcohol on the card pins. still beep code. Vid card is still working in another machine. Seems the pci-e slot is loose any way to fix this?
