need a super quiet hard drive

hi guys

i need to buy a super quiet hard drive thats SATA 2 and runs at 7200 RPMs from 250gb to 320gb storage space would be ideal. i tend to shy away from seagate as the one i have right now (barracuda 7200.10 isnt very quiet imo). i really want something silent, so could u recommend one for me? price range is basically anything below 75 including shipping, so please help me choose one!

Western Digital Caviar SE16 320GB - $79.99 + Free shipping. Not really below $75, but for an extra $10, you get more space.

Samsung 250GB - $63 + $6 ship. About $10 cheaper, but less space and only 8mb cache.

I recommend the WD.
