I received a free 2006 iMac intel core 2 duo edition. It has a cracked LCD. I have a mini DVI to DVI adapter plugged into it and my second monitor plugged into the adapter. I get no resposne from second screen. Is there a hot key to enable the second monitor?
I can only see a 5th of the screen lol. I need to reinstall the OS on it but cant get in. Also would like to install windows on it as well.
I have a regular non apple keyboard. Is there a hotkey? or is the adapter defective? im sad lol.
