FYI, The lens can be had for $370 at Adorama as a refurb :http://www.adorama.com/NK70300AFVRR.html


I paid $350 for a refurb from them in March. Aside from the lack of retail packaging, you wouldn't be able to tell it's not a brand new lens. I don't know that the additional warranty is worth $150.

That said, it is a fantastic lens, and well worth it!
