I noticed this while I was checking for updated drivers. And as far as I know the NDA for the 750i and the 790i are not yet over.

Everyone knows its coming out so it doesn't really tell us anything new. Now if they had a page up for the 790i showing its stats and whatnot THAT would be a problem.

They did that before with the 8800 GTS 512MB also, again when most people already knew of its existence (though not necessarily its name yet if I recall). Part of me wonders if it is controlled "leaks" to build up hype.
