Ok, I got my upgrade parts figured out, now for CPU cooling...

I've got a TT Armor JR. case w/ a TT 750w tough power.
The case has 120mm fans front & rear with a 90mm on the side.
My upgrade guts are going to be: Asus P5B Deluxe, E6600, and evga 8800GTX.

I plan to do some overclocking, but nothing extreme.
I'm pretty sure I want a side-draft style CPU cooler that blows toward the rear case fan.
My main concern is with the heat produced by the GTX and keeping that cool too and getting the heat out of the case.
Fan noise isn't a big issue. I don't want a jet but I don't have to have a completely quite system either.

I'd like to stay under $50 if possible. I'm considering:

Zalman 9500 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118003

TT CL-P0370 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106085

CM RR-PCH-S9U1-GP - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835103010

ASUS VR Guard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835193001

The AC Freezer 7 Pro was on my list, but I'm not paying $70 for it

Any other suggestions???
Thanks! [H] rules!

Does anyone at all know if this will fit in a Q-pack? lol, I think it would be sweet, but don't want to waste $50 to see it won't fit.

If you can stretch your budget by another 5 bucks, newegg has the Zalman 9700 on sale for $55, that is $25 off. This is a top quality cooler with very high performance.

Yeah, the 9700 does look like a better cooler for only $7 more. Bigger fan, blue LED, etc...
I also like the units that have braces for the back side like the Zalmans have.

I think we have a winner.

Any other suggestions before I pull the trigger this weekend???

Yeah, the 9700 and the Tuniq Tower are the 2 best air cooling HSF's out there.

Something you might want to consider though, is the tuniq cools just as well as the Zalman 9700, but at a bit lower noise level.

I've used (and I sell) both of them. The Zalman just sounds more... "Annoying" than the tuniq, although neither are really *loud*.

Since you're getting a GTS, I also recommend getting a PCI exhaust fan (they run for about 5$) and have it exhausting air right from under the GTX. Run it at 5v.
Quiet enough to be unnoticable, blows enough to lower your air cooled CPU temps 3-4c

This blower is also very important for the P5B-deluxe, as the SB HS gets *REALLY* hot from a GTS (let alone a GTX)

Thanks for the tip!
I have a PCI fan that I used in another computer from awhile back and forgot I had it. Thanks!

The Tuniq tower is out of stock at Newegg and it's more expensive, but I like the look and I like that you can take the fan out to clean it or swap it for a different one. The shape of the heatsink is cool too.
