I have a user that is currently running on a fresh install of Office 2k7, and has a few basic rules setup to move specific e-mail to certain folders. Such as if an e-mail from sales gets sent to the sales folder, and support to the support folder, while skipping the inbox. However it appears that the rules only work some of the time. About every third e-mail just shows up in the inbox and bypasses the rules altogether.
He is running multiple accounts, and has tried recreating the rules from scratch. I have seen numerous issues regarding rules in 2k7 on the net, but nothing specifically to this type of problem
Anyone else have any thoughts or experiences with this problem.
