PCMCIA or USB video-in?

Here's the deal. I'd like to get a single 30" monitor for TV and computing, on a laptop.

Assuming the monitor only takes a dual-link DVI input (it's a HP LP3065), how can I add HD television to my laptop? I'd be on a docking station, and I'd undock to move around. Does such a product exist?

Unless I'm mistaken, you're out of luck. All the USB video cards/monitors I've seen have rather low resolutions (1280x1024 or so). Never seen a PCMCIA video card. Few laptops support dual-link DVI anyway, so there isn't much you can do.
