Please Help!! AVG removed iTunes as a Trojan!

So im sitting here showing the Z-5500s to some of my friends who havent heard them yet.. no big deal jump playing some Country rap and rock to show how it sounded on music.. I go to minimize iTunes and I accidentally close it. No biggie, right?? WRONG! I try to re-open iTunes.. and I get this!

That was not right as I tried to re-open the program, but the exact same thing happened. I took that screen shot after restarting, uninstalling, and reinstalling failed after 3 times. I have NO CLUE why AVG all the sudden after like 2 years of using iTunes just now decides its a virus... but any help is appricated! I cleaned my PC of all iTunes related stuff.. and every time when I re-install it instantly doesnt work and AVG reports as a "Trojan horse small.BOG"

What are you talking about? Im pretty sure that Itunes is a virus.

Happened to me as well, just update avg, they updated a few hours after.

After you update, go to the virus vault and restore all files that belong to iTunes, after that launch iTunes and everything should be good.
