problem on 37w3 (used for a year)...can anyone help?

my 37w3 has a gray mask on the screen and it happen on dark colors.
i have no problem on other light colors and white color .

What is wrong with my 37w3?
and how do you call that happen ...... how can i explain to the customer support

Just say theres a huge black spot on your TV.

I thought they only had a 1 year warranty though, but its worth trying.
