Program to disable/enable cores in Windows (forgot the name, can't find)

There used to be a program I used that I found at www.majorgeeks.com that you could download and use (free) and easily enable/disable cores for certain games and applications.

I used it all the time when I had a 3800x2, and now I can't remember the name.

Any ideas of the name of the program, or another one like it? Thanks. :)

Well you can go to the processes tab in your task manager and right click and "set affinity."
