Fry's selling a BOXED Q6600 and the ECSP4M900T mobo for $499.99 It's a cheap mobo ($50) but for $500 bucks for the CPU, what do you want? Yeah, I know you can wait 2 months and save over $200, but this is NOW.

Good point about it being NOW, although I'm sure some troll will come along and point out that in two months the price is rumored to drop by nearly 50% (yes, it's a rumor until Intel confirms the price changes. This is the difference between facts and speculation for those aspiring journalists.)

Anyway, on topic, if I hadn't just upgraded to an E6600 myself this would be tempting (ditch the mobo, though.)
