replacement screen for an HP Pavilion ZV5000

Ok I need to find a replacement screen for an HP Pavilion ZV5000 laptop.

Rant

So for moths my aunt bugged me for advice on a new laptop. In the end she went to circuit city and bought what they recommended along with there extended warrantee. Selling her on the warrantee by telling her it covered accidental damage and it doesn’t.

End Rant

So anyway now I will have to listen to her complain about her broken laptop until I can find her new screen. If anyone knows how I can find out what other laptops used the same screen or anything else that will help me find a replacement I would really appreciate it.

Easiest way to find another one is to take it apart and get the manufacturer and part number off of it.

Damn and I was hoping to be able to find out with out tearing it apart first. Oh well, a friend of mine has an HP that seems to need a new motherboard so I am going to keep my fingers crossed and hope the screens are the same.
