Resort Booking Software Review Help (PHP)

So I've taken on a client who needs me to create a site for their Resort. Nothing too fancy but I need a script that will check availability of rooms, and go on to book them and take payment.

No need to re-invent the wheel I figure so I start looking at existing solutions and my search found the following promising results:

what are your thoughts?
does anyone have a favourate script they like? all I ask is that the server side scripting be in PHP so I can add features as I need too.
