Rivet Removal

I need to get some side panels off this case im modding that are rivited on so I can paint them, whats the best way to remove them, and is it easy to rivit them back on?

i beleive you can just take a drill to remove the rivets, but to put it back on, you might need a rivet gun or you could try to use small screws or somthing. not 100% sure on that.

Just get a drill bit a little larger than the body of the rivet and drill through the head only. The head should probably spin up on the drill bit once you have penetrated it. You can then push the rivet through the hole backwards with a pencil or something relatively easily. You can then pop rivet them back. I have disassembled many riveted things this way.
