hey all, i was just wondering if it's safe to use the controller that came with my Thermaltake W0057 PurePower ATX 12V 2.0 500W, because i got everything up and running, but the power supply is pretty loud compared to my other ones...so i wanna try using the fan controller that came with it to see if i can turn it down a couple notches so it's not noticeable when i'm just surfing the net or sleeping. i'd keep it up higher when gaming and stuff of course. or could i just use my sunbeam rheobus fan controller instead of installing another one? i just wanna cut down on some noise from my rig.... thanks

I use my aerogate to control the fan on my W0057
The TWV was reading watts right, had to rma it.
When it gets back to me i'll test it but still wont use it because it doesn't
look good on my all black comp.

ok, i may go with just using my sunbeam then...what do you find is usually a good setting to keep it at where it doesn't overheat and is also less audible? cuz i'm just worried i'll have it set too low or something, causing the computer to shut down, or worse
