I run a server for a local non-profit. The machine is hosted at a colocation facility that evidently hosts some sites that have a reputation for sending some spam. I've setup the server for email and am trying to use the list serve software to ease sending meeting reminders by the president. I've got off of all the att, yahoo, msn firewall's block lists....but now I'm getting blocked by IronPort appliances. I'm a little stuck now and I'm out of ideas.

I'm afraid your hosting provider is a little _too_ spam friendly. There's no way out of this mess other than switching for a 'cleaner' hosting with another company. And when you do, make sure you get some sort of virtual machine/VPS package, so that you won't be sharing the same IP with the guys who sell "Put your monster inside her".
