Very cool looking vid! I really like the coloring and exposure effects. Exposure on that shot around 0:16 is extremely slick looking.
Only cc would be the fast cutting around the 0:27 mark - would look better if you cut to brief frames of another video shot instead of black, as the black sortof looks like an error in the stream. I'd make it actual image shots, and maybe speed the fast part up a little (speed up from around 4-5 frames per shot to just 1 frame per shot at end of transition). I don't have my sound hooked up at the moment, so not sure how that timing works - just looked a little awkward with the black.
