Splitting a flat screen into 4 video feeds

Hey all,

I am looking around at different options and wanted to gather some input. Are there any decent solutions out there to split a flat panel tv screen into 4 video feeds?

I volunteer with local first responder agency and they currently have several tvs that display a single news channel at any given time. What I am looking for is a solution that will place 4 screens on these tvs with 4 different feeds coming in. That way no tv is stuck on any given single news channel etc...

Right now all we've got is basic cable and around April the local cable co are switching to all digital, so every channel will need its own box.
