I'm considering implementing a Sun Ray solution for most of our users here. It mainly consists of call center reps (about 16) and basic "information workers" for a total of about 40 users. It would mostly be used interfaced to a Terminal Server. I was wondering if there was any gotchas or things to look out for when implementing this solution.

haven't looked at the sun rays in a few years, unfortunately. Any reason you are looking at those guys instead of the regular winCE thin clients, especially since you are just using TS? just curious . . .
I really like the idea of having true dumb terminals for the end users. Even though it is an extra layer, it looks like it would be easier to maintain the non stateless thin clients. Plus the hot desking feature is really cool. My one concern though is how much bandwidth is needed.

were you planning on using the sun desktop virtualization product? that looks pretty nifty.
