Read all about it. I got a notice this morning from TWC informing me I may be affected by an ongoing Class Action lawsuit. It seems that some people got together and decided it was an unfair practice for TWC to charge a fixed cost per month for using their cable modem, but even worse because they grouped the cable modem rental cost under the high-speed internet service. And they have never offered customers the "choice" to use their own cable modem. Typical of monopolistic practices....
