Timed Recording of Streaming Media...help?

Hey everyone,

There is an radio show i would like to listen to from back in canada while im away for the next 3ish years in ireland.

I am in luck because they stream their broadcast feed online. Downside is because of the time zone difference i can't actually listen to it cause im at work during that time. I know i can record audio through audicity and have it record the pc output but im not sure how to time it so it records during the show and not just recording audio all day long.

any ideas how i can record the show so i can listen to it when i get home?
