OK. I'm MZ and you're the shareholders. You tell me I need to do X. I say let's put it up to a shareholder vote. I voted my shares against your proposal. You lose. You can either suck it up or sell your shares, but that's all you can do. If the company is making money, then your selling shares (even if you have a fairly large stake) will have at most a temporary effect on share prices.
