Looking for a full size atx 1155 motherboard. Also in need of some DDR 3 memory. 4gb or 8gb abouts

I have an Intel dq67ow motherboard, with 2x 4gb or 4x 4gb ddr3, but no io plate
Could do 50 for the board, 65 with 8gb,75 with 16gb
 
I also have an m-atx. Why do you need atx? M-atx fit the same holes.

I have a MSU h61 board asking $35.
