Warm-ish? Toshiba T6500 3GB 16" Laptop $399

This is one of the laptops going on sale Black Friday at Best Buy. I was wondering if you all thought it was a good deal? Now i KNOW it only comes with 3GB of RAM and its $399 and i know you're all going to say there's cheaper deals out there and also this one wont play FarCry... but before you say all that...

Compared to ANY laptops out there for $399 price range that i've seen, this is one of the very few that not only has a GOOD dual-core processor (sporting 2MB Cache instead of most with 512kb or 1MB) and also having the ability to upgrade to 8GB of RAM (most $399 or less max out at 4GB). Also the bigger 16" screen and Toshiba name make it a good pick compared to some of those 'eMachines' etc you see out there. Anyone else have an opinion to help me out?
