What 24" non-TN for $450?

Hi all. Looking for something mainly for photo editing. Not a pro by any means, but would like something decent in this regards. I do play PC games on occasion if that matters.

So far, my options seem to be pretty limited in this price range.

But what monitors do exist in this range.

I was pretty set on the Soyo Topaz with the 6ms response. Seems they are PVA/MVA. But officemax doesn't have them anymore it seems.

Anything else in this range at all?

You can still find the VA soyo on ebay sometimes. Not the best of options, but if you really like that monitor, go for it.

You can pick up the Dell 2408wfp from ebay for $460 or less using the Microsoft/Paypal ebay cashback. If you can find a working ebay/paypal coupon it's even less.

I have a FP241VW, just got from BenQ. I still have the blackout problem. I called their tech support, they told me it's their first time hearing this problem.
