What features does 2407 has that is NOT on 2405FPW?

I can't seem to find the specs for this new upcoming model. What makes it so different than the almighty 2405FPW? Higher response time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not a whole lot of imporevements, except a pretty stand that doesn't pivot.

Is this 'new' lower ms speed, eliminates the ghosting effect?
