What's the difference between these two products?

I'm going to order one but I see that one is a different price. They both come with the IR reciever but one has a different model number.

they are the same thing, i ordered both, the more expensive one by accident! For both of my media center pc's. Also if you look for the MS MCE keyboard there are 3 different keyboards, two like this cituation, and hte other a "french" version that is really not a french version, but it has different keyboard layout for the keys.
