Where can i get a binary win32 installer for apache 2.2

only binary installers i see on apache's home page are for 2.0.11 or something. But they say the best version is 2.2; only source code packages are available for this. Do i need to figure our how to compile the source code myself or can i snag a binary installer from somewhere
